Business process management (BPM) is a systematic method of making an organization’s workflow more efficient, more efficient and more capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. A business process is an activity or set of actions which will achieve a particular aim that is organizational.
BPM’s aim is focus stakeholders on the demands of these roles and to reduce miscommunication and human error. BPM is a subset of infrastructure direction, an administrative region concerned with optimizing and preserving core operations and an organization’s equipment.
